The vail turn'd aside: or, heresy unmask'd. [electronic resource] : Being a reply to a book, entituled, The moderate trinitarian. Shewing, I. The Author (mr. Allen's) immoderate Dealing with the Orthodox, and his endeavouring to betray the Truth of Christianity. II. His specious Pretences of the Agreement between the Orthodox and others, about the Trinity and Existence of Jesus Christ, examined, and shewn, that the irreconcilable Difference still remains, proved out of Scripture and their own Mouths. III. Is shewn the Worth and Value of Christ in his two Natures, God and Man, so a fit Mediator between God and Man; which is denyed by many in these Days. IV. Wherein is discovered, That no Communion ought to be had with such as deny Christ in his Natures, Person and Offices, and his imputive Righteousness for Justification. V. Is a Collection of the grand Errors of Arius, Sabellius, Anthromorphits, Samosatenians, and others of old, and the late-revived Errors of Socinus, Biddle, and Cafinits and Socinians of our Days. VI. Their Craft laid open, and Errors confuted by Divine Testimony of Scripture, and a Warning to all professing Christianity, to beware and take heed of those detestable Errors and Heresies. By Christop. Cooper of Ashford, a Lover of Truth.
