Len Fox (1905-2004) was a left-wing journalist, prolific author, artist and social activist based in Kings Cross. His uncle was the painter Emanuel Phillips Fox (1865-1915) and his auntie Ethel Carrick Fox (1872-1952). His partner was playwright Mona Brand (1915-2007).
