Nancy Keesing (1923-1993) was a writer of poetry, novels, short stories and non-fiction. She was active in numerous writers' organisations and was a member of the Literature Board of the Australia Council and the National Book Council. She established the Keesing Studio in Paris to assist young Australian writers.
