Michael Reed born in Gorlice, Poland, 1922. During war: left Gorlice for Russian territory after German occupation, was taken by Gestapo for work at border, spent three years in labour camp near Kuybyshev, Russia, working in quarry, liberated in 1941 and moved around Russia doing different jobs. After war: returned to Poland, left for Austria in 19...
