Administrative / Biographical history
Charles Hargreaves was born in Yorkshire, England 7 Sept. 1886, came to Australia in 1911 and worked on a station at Temora, NSW then at John Sands printers. He enlisted 18 Aug. 1914 aged 26 and embarked on S.S. Afric 18 Oct. 1914. Hargreaves served as a driver in 1st Div. Transport A.S.C., 1st A.I.F. in Egypt and France. After the war he was a par...
