These photographs, of an original watercolour "Sydney from the North Shore" which is now in the Dixson Galleries collections at ZDG XV1/27, were probably taken in the 1930s. They show that the watercolour was once lined onto linen, and a date and signature (now missing) are visible. The watercolour was probably removed from its linen backing and tr...
