Administrative / Biographical history
The Davis sporting collection was largely compiled by John Corbett Davis (editor of The Referee, The Arrow & The Sunday Times from 1912-1939), Joseph J. Davis (brother of J.C. Davis) and Vincent C. Davis (son of J.C. Davis). John Corbett Davis was born on 11 April 1868 in Araluen, N.S.W.
