The set is a children's single service cutlery set, inscribed with Patrick White's birth date, 28 May 1912.
Each piece is Sterling silver with hallmarks: crown, lion passant, letter 't', and maker's mark 'H.BRS'. It was made by Hardy Brothers Ltd, Sheffield, 1911.
