背景与目的骨骼是最易发生肿瘤转移的部位之一,近年来随着各种影像学技术的发展,骨转移的检出率大大提高。其中核素骨显像是一种高灵敏度的检查手段,在骨转移的定性、定位诊断方面有较高的临床价值。而骨转移最主要的症状表现为日益加重的骨痛。因此，本研究拟通过临床病例的回顾性分析，探讨骨转移患者的骨痛症状与核素骨显像结果的关系。
