目前肺癌的发病率在全球范围内呈持续上升的趋势。在中国,肺癌的发病率和死亡率在所有肿瘤中是最高的。肺癌患者中,只有30%的非小细胞肺癌可以通过外科手术切除,但手术后5年存活率很低,生活质量也不高,晚期不能手术的患者通常只能采用常规化疗或放疗,毒副作用大,疗效不理想。因此,寻找新的肺癌治疗手段是目前亟待解决的难题。肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand,TRAIL)是近年发现的肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)家族成员,与死亡受体结合后可特异性地诱导肿瘤细胞和恶性转化细胞凋亡,对正常组织细胞无作用,故以TRAIL为靶点的分子治疗已成为肿瘤治疗研究的新热点。 1 T...
