目的 探讨上腔静脉综合征( SVCS) 侧枝循环的途径。方法 31例SVCS 患者行胸部螺旋CT 扫描及血管成像, 以奇静脉弓为中心将阻塞部位分为弓上段及弓下段, 将侧枝血管按位于胸廓的前、后分为前组及后组, 观察及分析侧枝循环血管分布与SVC 阻塞部位及程度的相关性, 判断SVCS 侧枝循环引流途径。结果 (1) 前组侧枝血管、后肋间静脉及椎静脉丛的出现与弓上段阻塞有显著相关性( P 0. 05) 。(3)回流途径: SVC 弓上段阻塞时, 血液可经奇静脉汇入上腔静脉, 或经前组血管至下腔静脉回心; SVC弓下段阻塞时, 血液主要经奇静脉、半奇静脉逆流入下腔静脉回心。结论 SVCS侧枝循环分布与梗阻部位密切相关, 与梗阻程度无关。 Objective To study the collat...
