目的 探讨血管腔内支架成形术治疗椎-基底动脉狭窄的安全性及近中期疗效.方法 2003年5月至2005年12月我院18例症状性椎-基底动脉狭窄患者接受了经皮腔内支架成形术.结果 18例狭窄段血管均位于椎动脉开口部.其中右椎动脉11例,左椎动脉7例.MoriA型病变18例.手术成功率100%,平均狭窄率从86%(70%-95%)下降到10%(0-20%).围手术期内未发生严重并发症.按Malek评分,疗效极好12例,疗效好6例.术后随访1-27月(平均9.5月),无缺血性神经症状.结论 腔内支架成形术治疗症状性椎-基底动脉狭窄患者安全、有效、近期疗效好.
