Earlier this week, Town Administrator Carter Terenzini said town officials worked with the owner of the dog and it was removed from town. However, he said, a postal carrier later reported seeing a dog that appeared to be the same Rottweiler back in the area, resulting in a second order by Mr. Bizinet to suspend mail deliveries.
