INTRODUCTION
Plaques are a hallmark feature of Alzheimer's disease (AD). We found that the loss of mucosal‐associated invariant T (MAIT) cells and their antigen‐presenting molecule MR1 caused a delay in plaque pathology development in AD mouse models.
