从滇姜花（Hedychium yunnanense Gagnep．）中分离得到4个化合物，通过波谱学方法分别鉴定为cishedychenone（1）、isoheptanol-2-O-（1→6）-β-D-apiofuranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside（2）、果糖（3）和蔗糖（4），其中1和2为新化合物。
