目的为了排除基因芯片检测中可能出现的假阳（阴）性,进一步探索可能与氟牙症发病相关的基因,挑选基因芯片筛选出的差异显著且可能与釉质形成有关的7个基因进行进一步验证。方法对离体培养的成釉细胞（对照组）和经5mg/L的氟化钠处理48h后的成釉细胞（实验组）提取RNA,应用Real-time PCR的方法逐一定量检测两组细胞中mgp、aspn、ankh、bub1b、mmp13、pkib、dmp1表达的差异。结果被检测的目的基因中,mgp、aspn、ankh、bub1b、mmp13、pkib的检测结果与基因表达芯片的检测结果一致,其中实验组mgp、aspn、ankh、mmp13、pkib的表达量相比对照组上调,bub1b的表达量相比下调。而dmp1的检测结果与基因表达芯片结果相反。结论通过基因芯片筛选...
