<正>脊柱与脊髓密不可分,在治疗各种脊柱疾病时不可避免地涉及对脊髓和神经根的保护,在治疗累及脊髓和神经根的肿瘤时也不可避免地涉及对脊柱骨性结构的保护。以往神经外科医师由于缺乏脊柱生物力学相关理论知识[1 2],在切除椎管内肿瘤时不注意保护脊柱的骨性结构,又由于缺乏脊柱内固定融合技术,无法在切除肿瘤后重建脊柱之稳定
