探讨经额定位穿刺术治疗颅内深部血肿的临床疗效。37例基底节出血患者经CT精确定位后经额穿刺抽吸血肿,并向血肿腔内注射尿激酶30×103U以促进血肿液化排出。术后CT显示定位满意,引流3~7 d后血肿清除率超过75%。术后2例死于并发症、2例重残、3例再出血,共33例患者预后良好。表明CT定位方法无需复杂设备,操作简便、定位准确、临床疗效显著,适用于基层医院推广应用。
