R246.1; 目的:观察灸法治疗虚寒型胃痛的临床疗效.方法:将60 例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30 例, 采用赵氏雷火灸治疗;对照组30 例,采用口服中药治疗.结果:经1 疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05) .结论:雷火灸治疗虚寒型胃痛的总有效率优于中药治疗,能明显减轻胃脘部疼痛程度.
