Tim Carrigan (1950-1994) was a gay activist in New South Wales.
With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New England, Carrigan completed a PhD at Adelaide University in 1983 with a thesis entitled 'The Theoretical Significance of the Arguments of the Gay Liberation Movement, 1969-1981.'
