The publication of this lithograph was noted in the 'Sydney Monitor' 6 March 1830, p. 2b.
This is a version of the second portrait lithograph published in Australia. Presumably Rodius used the same press which Augustus Earle had acquired from Governor Brisbane and published his portrait of Bungaree in 1826.
