Attributed to George Henry Walton Smith by vendor, however ownership inscription and dedications point towards Florence May Walton Smith being the original owner / creator.

Administrative / Biographical history
George Henry Walton Smith (1869-1954) was a general practitioner in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and a trustee of the Paddington Methodist Church. During the Boer War, Smith was acting Principal Medical Officer at the Garrison Hospital, Sydney.
