Two of the drawings, numbers 74-75, are initialled "TW". T. W. was possibly the Hobart merchant Thomas Le Mesurier Winter. Winter was involved in financing a sheep station in the Portland Bay district of Victoria from 1843 to 1845, and visited the area in the winter of 1843.
