The name 'Sungravure' was registered under the Business Names Act, 1934 possibly on 9 April 1937. The business address of Sungravure was 60-66 Elizabeth Street Sydney (headquarters of Associated Newspapers Ltd.) It appears, however that the company did not become operational until 26 August 1949 when it was registered as a company.
