Attribution to Simpson from ink note on back reading 'Min from W B S / Dec 31t 53.'
Attributions / Conjectures
In spite of being placed among other drawings by Simpson, this was attributed to 'D.T.' by Sir William Dixson in his contents list of the album in which he mounted it, apparently from a misreading of the date.
