One unpublished manuscript of 28 leaves written on one side only. Written in a fairly lightweight black ink on lined paper of quarto size.

The story is of Hoppity the frog, his friends Vanessa the fairy, George the rabbit and Jiminy and Nosey the naughty brownies, and the encounter they have with the horrible Sir Timothy Toad.
