Attributions / Conjectures
Only one drawing is signed by Macleay, but the collection appears to have been compiled by him in Cuba, and most of the drawings bear stylistic similarities to the signed drawing.
Date note
PXE 682/105 and 140 are dated 1833. Macleay lived in Cuba between 1825 and 1836.
