General note
Inside the front cover is pasted W.A.D. Anderson's bookplate, beneath the ink inscription '1882. Caroline Anderson'. One large loose photograph of a monument, on the back of which is a handwritten copy of a newspaper description, is filed with the album.

Signature / Inscriptions
Pencil sketch is signed W. M. Hyndman and dated 1853. One of the photographs is signed 'C. Walter' and another is stamped 'Bedford Lemere & Co.' Three are dated and fifty nine are titled.
