Robert Peel Raymond (1825-1886), son of James Raymond (1786?-1851) who was the postmaster-general in the colonial New South Wales between 1829 and 1851, was Lieutenant Colonel of the 1st Regiment NSW Volunteer Infantry, part of the Australian colonial forces.
