Jesse Gregson (1837-1919) arrived in Sydney in 1856. He learned stock management at Collaroy Station before moving to another station, Rainsworth, in Queensland. In 1875 he became superintendent of the Australian Agricultural Co., a position he held until 1905. In 1880 he built a home at Mt Wilson in the Blue Mountains where he pursued his interest...
