Administrative / Biographical history
Charles E. Wigzell was a ladies and gentlemen's hairdresser (and wigmaker) who also ran a Turkish bath business in Oxford Street Sydney. In 1879 he travelled back to England his country of birth, on a six months journey which is described in his diary.
