Hamilton Howell and Irene Lee were married in London in 1914. They were entertainers who gave lecture-recitals "illustrated with gems from music, poetry and drama"; with photographer Bee Belton they also performed for children. They emigrated to Australia in the late 1940s/early 1950s.
