Administrative / Biographical history
Charles Henry Eley (1891-1977) was born in Murrurundi, New South Wales, the son of Thomas and Emma Eley. He enlisted in the Australian Imperial Forces in 1915, and served in Belgium and France. He returned to Australia in1919.
