Donald Peter Macdonald was born in London on 3 August 1886 and arrived in Australia in 1895. He attended Newington College and then studied theology with the Methodist Church before serving in Lismore, Coonamble, and Harden. In 1911 he returned to England, married, and accepted a position as minister of the Presbyterian Church at Minard, Scotland....
