William Caswell, 1789, 1859, was impressed into the Royal Navy in 1805, retiring on half pay in 1828. In 1830 he and his family settled on fifty acres of land at Tarilba, Port Stephens, NSW, where he established a farm. John Edward Stacy, 1799-1881, became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1820, and was appointed surgeon to the Australia...
