Harry Cantwell was a member of the 3rd Infantry Battalion, Australian Imperial Force. He fought at Gallipoli where he received a gunshot wound in the left shoulder and later on the Western Front where he received a gunshot wound in the right thigh. He rose to the rank of corporal and was discharged as medically unfit in 1917. In later life he worke...
