Collection history
The scrapbook came into the possession of Esmay Mann, who was a granddaughter of Aboriginal Australian activist William Cooper. Mann worked as a domestic assistant to Hilda Wright during her career. The scrapbook was presented to the Library by the daughter and grandson of Esmay Mann.

Hilda Lunn Blandford Wright (1875-1964) was an Australian stage actress. Raised in Parramatta, she was the daughter of Alice Marcia Williams and the MP Colonel Francis Augustus Wright.
