Administrative / Biographical history
Iby Kery, nee Grun, was born in Hajduboszormeny, Hungary, in 1925. As a result of the depression in 1930, her family's grocery business was closed and they moved to Debrecen. After high school Iby worked in a clothing salon for about 18 months.
The Germans occupied Hungary in March, 1944, and in April Iby and her family moved to the ghetto....
