The Fairfax Syndicate was formed to enable Fairfax to sell some surplus printing plant including a Scott Octuple Multi-Unit Press. The members of the Syndicate were Edward Wilfred. Fairfax; John Fitzgerald Fairfax; Vincent Charles Fairfax and P.H. Palmer. The plant was least and later sold to Western Press Limited, Perth.
