Henry Campey, 1838-19-? came to Australia in 1851, and married Emma Vince at Mount Macedon, Victoria, in 1863. They had nine children. His work as a saw mill manager, took the family to Yass, Narrandera, Bundanoon and Nandi in New South Wales, and to Brisbane and Maryborough, Queensland
