Administrative / Biographical history
Ruby Winckler (1886-1974), was a painter, cartoonists and illustrator who exhibited with the NSW Society of Artists. Winckler spent some time in America after accepting a commission to illustrate two books 'The Arabian Night's Entertainment' and S.S. Vanderbilt's 'Who's Who in the Land of Nod', both published in 1915 in Boston.
