Roy Ewing Agnew (b. Sydney, 1891: d. Sydney, 1944), composer and pianist, studied piano with Daisy Miller, piano/theory with Emanuel de Beaupuis and composition with Alfred Hill. In 1923, he went to England on a bursary to study composition and orchestration with Gerrard Williams. He returned to Australia in 1928 and married Kathleen Olive O'Connor...
