1 July 1862-ca. September 1867. Records sales by Smith, Peate & Co and Peate & Harcourt, and quantities of "House butter". Includes loose notes and memoranda.

Item 4
5 January 1875-27 June 1878. Titled inside front cover "Butter Book Camden Park January 18755". Inside back cover titled "House butter 1875" with quantities recorded 5 January 1875-30 March 1878 from opposite end of volume.
